It is suitable for pipe/tube/shell longitudinal seam welding with diameter not less than 360mm. The welding head is equipped with High temperature resistant visual monitoring system for easy control of the inside welding quality. Single arc single wire or double arc double wire submerged-arc welding procedure is optional. Square wave AC + square wave AC double arc double wire submerged arc welding process can achieve low heat input (≤ 30KJ/cm) welding to improve the mechanical properties of the welding seam and eliminate workpiece magnetic influence on welding process to increase first welding qualification rate, which efficiency is 15% higher than the that of traditional DC + AC double arc double wire welding process.
