Works well to hold my shoulders back and remind me to hold my shoulders back…if I get it adjusted just right. It takes a lot of adjust and readjusting to find the right strap lengths.

This is so soft and comfortable to wear! It gently pulls my shoulders back to keep posture. I would say it’s visible under tight clothes, but as long as your clothes aren’t skin tight, nobody can see it.
